After ~9 years at Penn, I am very excited to start a new chapter in my career as the Governor's Chair, a rare and unique opportunity. There will be plenty of new openings for students and postdocs in the coming months to join our team at @UTKnoxville and @ORNL. I am grateful for my time at Penn. I have had a lot of fun and achieved a lot of good things here with my research group and collaborators. @ut_orii tennessee.edu/news/2026/04/0…

@SaiveResearch Hi Rebecca, the time resolution is basically limited by the KPFM feedback bandwidth. By doing pointwise spectroscopy, we can routinely reach sub-ms time resolution. More details in the paper by @PascalRohrbeck and @YenalYalcinkaya : x.com/StefanALWeber/…

Good to be back at at #DPG2024 spring meeting #Berlin. Yesterday, I gave a talk on nanoscale surface photovoltage spectroscopy, tomorrow morning I explain how sliding water drops charge to kV voltages (10:15 CPP 50.3).
