@Nykaasupport @MyNykaa This is OUTRAGEOUS! I received an EMPTY BOX for my order (Order ID: NYK-272130517-5829092). No product inside! Is this a scam? I want an immediate REFUND or RESHIPMENT. Stop looting customers. FIX THIS NOW or I’m taking this to consumer court!

Hey @MyNykaa, really disappointed with your service. My order is delayed again, and now I’m stuck after planning my day around it. What’s the point of giving delivery slots if you can’t keep them? Please fix this ASAP. #NykaaSupport
