I like to remember something Matt vs japan said once, basically everyone who has gotten really good at Japanese has spent at least one period of their life hard core focused on Japanese, I'm talking 3, 4, 5+ hours a day for months, maybe even a year+.

example: i am curious if I should be reading slower and trying to understand more or if I should be "tolerating ambiguity" more and just reading more volume. do people say tolerate ambiguity because it is more efficient? because people won't burn out? Who knows

annoying thing about language advice is that you rarely know if someone is saying don't do something because the advice doesn't work or if they simply think it is going to lead to you not having fun/burning out.
