@SalesClips This is the Trickle Down theory at best. Its exploitation. keep using your buzz words like ambitious. Funny, how someone who doesn’t have money has to find things more valuable than money to grow while the ones who have it dangle it as a carrot to the ones who don’t.

Talent without character is a liability that has not cost you yet.

For the ambitious ones, studying and doing the extra work under someone else is considered to be far more valuable than money especially if that person possesses knowledge and connections that can greatly advance your career which directly correlates to your income But if you don’t care about growing your skills through osmosis, then I see why doing any of that makes no sense

@SalesClips Depends on what a “while” looks like and how much honesty and integrity you show. Why do l have to go above and beyond for free to justify my worth to you?? Show me another instance where this is the business model.

@katedoll72 That’s fair. Everyone deserves to get paid in proportion to how much value they create for others (objectively)

@SalesClips @DeanLamarr60244 What percentage of workers would you consider "hyper successful"? 10%? 5%?...1%? Most of this is just trying to sell mid and low level employees on a dream so you can pay them in one day promises and not cash.

@SalesClips You get what you pay for. There is no need for this type of training. The guy showing up on time but doing the minimum is doing a job. If you laid out a plan or an outline for him to improve with money,the guy would do more. He’s doing the minimum because that’s how you treat him
