أكد إبراهيم سلطان الحداد، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة “سالك”، أن دعوة صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي، رعاه الله، لرفع علم دولة الإمارات، تمثل لحظةً جامعةً تعبّر عن ثقة المجتمع بمستقبله، وتجديدًا للعهد على مواصلة مسيرة التنمية. وقال إن هذه المبادرة تتجاوز رمزيتها، لتعبّر عن وعيٍ مجتمعيٍّ متقدّمٍ، وإدراكٍ عميقٍ بأهمية التكاتف في مختلف الظروف، مشيرًا إلى أن ما شهدته الدولة يعكس نموذجًا متماسكًا يقوم على المسؤولية المشتركة بين جميع من يعيش على أرضها. وأضاف أن العلم سيبقى عنوانًا لمسيرةٍ مستمرةٍ من العمل والإنجاز، ودافعًا لمواصلة البناء على ما تحقق، بروحٍ إيجابيةٍ وطموحٍ لا يتوقف، مؤكدًا أن الإمارات تمضي بثقةٍ نحو مرحلةٍ جديدةٍ تعزّز من مكانتها وتوسّع من أثرها. #فخورين_بالإمارات Ibrahim Sultan Al Haddad, Chief Executive Officer of Salik, confirmed that the call by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to raise the flag of the United Arab Emirates on buildings and houses represents a unifying moment that reflects society’s confidence in its future and a renewal of the pledge to continue the nation’s development journey. He said that this initiative goes beyond symbolism, reflecting a mature societal awareness and a profound understanding of the importance of solidarity in all circumstances, noting that what the country has witnessed reflects a cohesive model built on shared responsibility among all those who live on its land. عقدت الجمعية العمومية لشركة سالك “ش.م.ع”، المشغل الحصري لبوابات التعرفة المرورية في دبي، اجتماعها برئاسة معالي مطر الطاير، رئيس مجلس الإدارة، وبحضور أعضاء المجلس والرئيس التنفيذي للشركة. وصادقت الجمعية على تقرير مجلس الإدارة والبيانات المالية للشركة لعام 2025 بصافي أرباح بلغت 1.55 مليار درهم بنسبة نمو 33.4%، كما أقرت الجمعية توزيع أرباح عن النصف الثاني من عام 2025 بقيمة 890.3 مليون درهم ما يعادل 11.8712 فلسًا للسهم الواحد، تشمل توزيع 100% من صافي أرباح النصف الثاني البالغة 782.5 مليون درهم، بالإضافة إلى أرباح استثنائية بقيمة 107.8 مليون درهم. The General Assembly of Salik Company PJSC, the exclusive operator of toll gates in Dubai, convened under the chairmanship of His Excellency Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and in the presence of the Board Members, and the Chief Executive Officer. The Assembly approved the Board of Directors’ report and the company’s financial statements for 2025, reporting a net profit of AED 1.55 billion, representing a growth of 33.4%. The Assembly also approved the distribution of dividends for the second half of 2025 amounting to AED 890.3 million, equivalent to AED 0.118712 per share, which includes 100% of the net profit for the second half of AED 782.5 million, in addition to exceptional profits of AED 107.8 million.

@Salik_ae @rta_dubai our money is being taken from salik tags uninformed and that’s not right if @parkonic_uae systems don’t work, it’s not our fault. Pls provide a solution where the money is not taken through our salik accounts please, this is stressful of raising complaints

تعلن سالك عن استئناف رسوم التعرفة المرنة المعتادة بعد شهر رمضان المبارك على جميع بواباتها. Salik announces the resumption of standard variable toll rates across all its toll gates following the end of Ramadan.

بمناسبة عيد الفطر المبارك، وتماشيًا مع عام الأسرة، وبالتعاون مع جمعية دبي الخيرية، شاركنا فرحة العيد مع الأيتام من خلال مبادرة إنسانية تجسّد قيم العطاء والتراحم، حيث تم تقديم قسائم مخصصة لشراء كسوة العيد، بما يسهم في إدخال الفرحة إلى قلوبهم وتمكينهم من استقبال عيد الفطر المبارك بسرور. شهدت المبادرة حضور إبراهيم الحداد، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة سالك، والسيد أحمد السويدي، المدير التنفيذي لجمعية دبي الخيرية، في إطار التزام الشركة بمسؤوليتها المجتمعية وتعزيز دورها في خدمة المجتمع. شكرًا لجمعية دبي الخيرية على هذا التعاون البنّاء. On the occasion of Eid Al Fitr, and in line with the Year of the Family, and in collaboration with Dubai Charity Association, we shared the joy of Eid with the orphans through a humanitarian initiative that embodies the values of generosity and compassion. Eid clothing vouchers were provided to help bring joy to their hearts and enable them to celebrate Eid Al Fitr with happiness. The initiative was attended by Ibrahim Al Haddad, Chief Executive Officer of Salik, and Mr Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of Dubai Charity Association, as part of the company’s commitment to its social responsibility and its role in supporting the community.
