This was my first stab at poetry at the start of the pandemic. I was really quite optimistic

@DavidBadurina This morning I roasted coffee beans over an open fire, crushed them into powder using two rocks, and then made my morning coffee using boiled water from the same fire. Granted, I was 6 hours late for work but at least I didn't succumb to using technology! God forbid

Photography isn't art. All you do is press a button and let a machine do all the work. A monkey can do it.

Is it just me or is time moving faster these days? Why? Where does it need to be in such a hurry? What does Time know that we don't?

Not posted on here for a while, but the world does seem hard right now. Like a classic 90's game where you've hit the later levels. End of level bosses are tougher. Puzzles seem more impossible. Do you keep on pushing? Keep working? Or desperately search for a cheat code?

@SalisburyWriter It's like racing with reality. I have a unpublished short story that is in sync with what is happening somewhere now. It's crazy.

Is every dystopian sci-fi author giving up now that reality is bleaker than anything they could ever imagine?

The #UK is so crap right now that it feels like I am living in a #Disney live action remake.
