They’ve told me I shall be receiving my money on Wednesday, I’m not holding out much hope as they gave the same promise about 3 weeks ago, but I’ll wait until Thursday & escalate then if they fail again. Tearing my hair out with @BESUtilitiesUK, even raising a formal complaint hasn’t kicked them in to action. Simply the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My 4 month battle continues…🙄
