The case was closed with prejudice, which is a normal judicial ruling on cases that the Government doesn't wish to waste more time on due to various factors. Dismissed with prejudice, it is considered a final judgment on the merits, even if the court never held a trial or examined evidence in detail. This means the plaintiff cannot bring the same lawsuit again based on the same facts or legal theory. The dismissal functions as though the case was fully litigated and decided, providing permanent closure to the dispute. The ruling leaves the door open to audit them going forward; their specific investigation was simply concluded. None of you libtarded cultists have legal training or understand the law.
