If you have your backup codes (if you saved them) you can easily reset 2FA mate without any hassle but if you didn’t saved them then you have 2 options available to you and they both work! You know you can reset 2FA by filling out phone change form on Authy. (Been there and done that mate so I know it works but it takes time like a few days for them to review. If that fails you can contact Twitch support and request to disable 2FA - they will require some strong identifications from you like bills, IDs etc but failing anything you can contact them.

Well fk me sideways, tried logging into twitch but my 2 step auth is connected to my old pay as you go phone from years ago which ee decided to deactivate, so no way of getting back into my account
