@Coach_Temisan What about the UEFA A Youth license in another country. Is it looked down upon similarly?

If you want to work in an English professional football academy, you have to do your UEFA B in England. Why? Because it has the Youth Module 3 attached to it, and UEFA B courses in other countries may not fully align with English youth development frameworks. Which means that clubs could be marked down on their academy audit for coaches with UEFA B Licence from another country. And many clubs won't take the risk.
