How not to set up your rest defence from a set-piece (with higher table positions on the line). City fail to manage the space or the opponent well, leaving them exposed to the transition. It needed a 2-1 or 1-2 structure, instead of 3 players on the same line, to better protect the other central channels which Adelaide used to progress forward.
