We have moved Saturdays long run to 9am at Cazadero Trail and both Monday and Tuesdays practices will be from 9am to 11am to avoid the heat. #BarlowXC

Get cleared for Fall Sports this week! Tryouts start Monday. You’ll need to come by Barlow to pay the bookkeeper and check with Athletics secretary between 7:30am and 3:30pm.

Senior Gracie Heath was outstanding in the Women’s 400 in a season best 1:01.98. Sophomore Keyra Adams ran a season best 12.91 in the women’s 100. To cap off the day, the Women’s 4x400 Team of Heath, Adams, Aubrey Heath, & Aesa Odell ran 4:13.43 (the fastest time in 10 years)

Day 1 of the Oregon Relays was a huge success for the Bruins! It began with a 3rd place finish by Junior Caleb Perry in the Men’s Javelin. That was quickly followed up by a PR in the 200 by Junior Giovanni Bogarin in a time of 22.03. Gio also had a strong showing in the 400.
