@SamBlacknell @virginmedia This will sound crazy, but I switched my audio to Dolby (not PCM) to fix the audio glitches and watching the game on a slight delay removes the picture stutter… 🤷‍♂️

@virginmedia are you aware that the BT Sport Ultimate channel still isn't working. 2 weeks now the picture and sound have been juddering. When will this be sorted as it is unwatchable at the moment. Really poor service.

@virginmedia No it is just the BT Sport Ultimate channel (531) the same game on channel 528 is absolutely fine. Only difference is one is 4k and on normal HD. The only other 4k channel on virgin (999) looks fine.

@virginmedia Nothing. This is the first response I've had. I assume, seeing as other people are seeing the problem, the issue is at your end? But I'm happy to try anything to fix it. (Already tried, restarting and swapping hdmi cables etc)

@virginmedia There has been no crowd noise on sky sports main event (501) for either of the games today. It is working on the sky sports app so seems to be a virgin problem. Any idea when it will be fixed?

@kempsapey Sorry to hear the red button isn't working. We haven't received any issues about the red button so far. @virginmedia When I pressed the red button on the sky sports football channel I couldn't access the championship games that's should have been available. It crashed the v6 box twice, sometimes I got a black screen, other times it said "502 bad gateway"

@SamBlacknell Hi Sam, sorry to hear you had issues watching Sky Sports. The red button function should be available via the Main Event and Football channels. Could you confirm what happened when you tried to access this? RF
