Thoughts on Robinhood Chain after the first 7 days: Pros • EVM seems to make memes run harder and hold better. • There are real ETH & DeFi whales here. • Robinhood has insane distribution. • Some of the memes already have very strong lore. • The Arbitrum team has some great operators. Cons • Wallet count doesn’t really indicate retail interest yet. Look at Dexscreener or Dune. • Most traders are clearly Solana natives, which means they can’t even hold their own mother for 5 minutes. • Bridging still sucks. • Most of my IRL friends use Robinhood for stocks and couldn’t care less about memecoins. They’re in their mid to late 20s, so it’s not just an age thing. No judgment. I just want to share my thoughts. Curious to hear what the Robinhood team thinks. What would you add or disagree with?

What we’re seeing right now is interesting.. These are technically the first signs of a bull run, but all in the opposite order. • Bitcoin still ~50% below previous ATH • Most high caps still flat or illiquid • Yet Robinhood memes are going vertical Many are calling this the start of the bull run and saying the bottom is in. As much as I’d love that to be true, objectively speaking I still think this is more likely a temporary pump. Could trenches fully come back from this? I’d give it maybe a 10% probability. More likely: • Robinhood memes continue running for another 1-2 weeks • Liquidity rotates into other betas on the chain • Then things cool off again once the dust settles Who knows though. Crypto always surprises the masses. Maybe Vlad keeps posting. Maybe these runners continue higher and give the market the pulse it needs. But nobody will know for at least another 1-2 weeks if risk-on has actually returned. Anyone trying to make a bottom or dead cat bounce prediction at these levels are still just guessing like you and everyone else
