Irans new peace proposal to the US has been leaked it includes:
PHASE 1
-Full ceasefire across the whole region agreed to by Israel, US, Iran and proxies.
-Iran gradually open strait of Hormuz removing mines with help of US minesweepers, in exchange for lifting of US blockade, removal of US massive forces in the region and some sort of compensation.
PHASE 2
-Iran proposes to freeze uranium enrichment for 15 years, to then resume but only at 3.6 percent civil levels of enrichment, already enriched would be diluted to 3.6 percent of transferred to other countries. Iran rejects dismantling its nuclear facilities, and wants sanctions lifted and release of frozen assets.
Iran will then form security initiatives with Arab nations to prevent future war.

@Paddy_Boyland I know mate! I think it’s a positive change to see. We paid one of the lowest in agent fees in the last window. But it’s a fine balance you also want to attract top players in order to compete which costs £££, and don’t want to just take pride in a football model and achieve zilch

@SamG_9 Yes, mentioned the summer expenditure. Not all have worked out yet - far from it - but talking more about overall squad costs versus rivals. It's still on the lower side

Looking at numbers, a few things leap out:
A. Huge reduction in costs under previous regime
B. How well Everton did to simply survive as a PL club given extent of cost cutting prior to TFG's takeover
C. How far behind they are in terms of investment even after summer spending

Full slate of Premier League player amortisation bills (i.e. annual cost of spreading transfer fees across player contracts) from 2024-25 here PL/UEFA rules limit amortisation to five years, so can be (and are) differences between accounts and submissions when contracts >5 years
