@swiftcanadian13 Tforce has my snowglobe and an ornament as well and mine have said “missort” for a week (both packages say this and both are in Toronto, where I am). I’ve emailed both Tforce and UMG and gotten nowhere. Meanwhile all my stuff sent with any other carrier has been no issue.

Still…. no…. snowglobe 💔 No update. No response from anyone. UMG emailed, TForce emailed and called multiple times, APC emailed. 😭 Oh, and no luck getting that damn cat that I had in my cart multiple times at checkout today.
