The @SESWater then call on the 2/01/2025 to say someone is coming that night.. shockingly nobody turns up .. and on the 01/01/2025 they take out 6 times my monthly payment without any notice.. how can something like that happen when it’s your fault!!

@SESWater then said I needed to call out my pipe cover who came immediately and said it was SES problem and they need to fix it. 4 months later and me chasing nearly every week and still nothing..

@SESWater is truly a joke! On the 07/06/2024 I called them about a clear leak due to my water bill being exceptionally high. I had a letter confirming that my monthly payments would stay the same until it has been investigated.…
