The way he thinks about the game is so different from everyone else, and that's what separates him from a lot of other programs. "We may not have the money other schools do. We can't get the top prospects that other schools have, but Hallmark can turn anyone into a great ballplayer. All he needs is us to buy in, and once we do, it's tough for anyone to play us."
