We need action to tackle unsafe staffing levels before it's too late. Nurses are already burnt out and broken by the burden of responsibility. This is the time to act. It has to happen now. There were strong feelings at our Safe Staffing Summit at RCN headquarters today.

After 500 hugs, lots of gifts & cards, I bid farewell to my dream team. Working at the ICB has meant working with the most amazing people who I will miss dearly 🥹 Ending Thursday on a bittersweet note, but starting Friday on my A Game in the new role 🌟
