People who see the culture change & reform that’s needed in organisations & systems get a hard time; they are often seen as awkward, unmanageable, dangerous, troublemakers. It’s the opposite. The really dangerous people are those who bolster status quo. Time for a rebel alliance!

@Andi_RNC @theRCN My trust covers multiple regions, let alone branches. It doesn’t have anywhere to really feed into. The important thing is engagement with members. That needs more opportunities without the structural barriers

@SamSpence01 @theRCN I think we need a step lower than branches. Large hospitals could probably do with their own to then feed into branches
