To whom it may concern. I've been able to solve this problem by connecting the PS5 to the router using a Lan cable.
Using wifi doesn't always work. However, with a wired Lan connection, it always works.

@Macedo95766776 Hey man, I have a problem with the app. It can't find my ps5 even though I've typed in the ip address and port number. Both my phone and ps5 are connected to the same network. I've restarted the router, ps5 and phone. Still nothing. How do I fix this?
