⚡️ Hiring: Senior Strategist ⚡️ We are an eight figure supplement brand scaling rapidly in the United States, and we're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will lead creative strategy, develop and direct video scripts, guide editors, and conceptualize winning campaigns across major platforms. You'll own the creative vision that drives our growth across the biggest supplement markets. What we're looking for: You must have proven experience building winning creatives for a seven or eight figure supplement brand in the USA. This isn't negotiable. You need to demonstrate this experience with case studies, portfolios, or examples of campaigns you've created that generated results for that scale of business. If you cannot show this proof, this opportunity is not the right fit. You should have a track record of script creation, editor direction, and concept development. You'll be bringing strategic thinking to every creative decision. Compensation: Base salary of three thousand five hundred USD per month, plus two and a half percent commission on all spending from winning creatives you produce. Growth potential: If you're serious about long term partnership and you excel in this role, there's significant room to grow. We're expanding considerably in the coming year, and high performing strategists have the opportunity to move into managing roles with substantially higher earning potential.
