I quit nicotine with a buddy of mine in college. We spray painter a chalk board on our frat room door and began tallying the days.
I’m building an app. Calling it “Quit Together” where you quit a habit with someone else. Will be like a social media accountability parter. #Quit

#UFC316 Predictions
O’Malley vs Dvalishvili- O’Malley getting the rematch in a bout that on paper should play out the same way it did at UFC Noche with Merab pushing the pace and securing a decision victory. There’s always the possibility that Suga can find that knockout punch as we’ve seen Merab get caught in almost every fight he’s been in.
Dvalishvili via decision
Pena vs Harrison- This fight is fairly easy to predict. Pena already had her David vs Goliath moment in her first bout with the goat of WMMA. Harrison should make quick work as the challenger and secure a 2nd round submission.
Harrison via 2nd round submission
Gastelum vs Pyfer- A rescheduled bout from the UFC Mexico card, the surging Pfyer attempts to walk through a durable veteran in Kelvin. I think this fight is all Pfyer but I see Kelvin being dropped a few times but making it the distance.
Pyfer via decision
Bautista vs Mix- Fights like these are always hard to judge. Coming over from Bellator doesn’t seem to be kind to many fighters, but I don’t see that being the case here. I think Mix can negate the fence hugging and just land the more clean strikes.
Mix via decision
Luque vs Holland- Both fighters coming in off a win, but both on a recent downswing. While I like Luque’s style of fighting for the most part the wild all out war style of Holland in fights probably won’t make it easier for the seasoned fighter who’s taking his fair share of damage. Expect Holland to find the chin early.
Holland via 1st Round TKO
Van vs Silva- When you look at both of their last fights it’s evident that Van has the skill set to out class a fighter like Silva. Look for a clean performance for Joshua Van and winning an easy decision.
Van via decision
Murzakanov vs Ribeiro- I’ve decided the matchmakers either hate Ribeiro or just have no clue what to do with him. That being said I think we all know that Murakanov should find the KO shot early.
Murzakanov via Round 1 Ko
Spivac vs Cortes Acosta- Pretty decent heavyweight matchup, just glad to see someone in the division fighting. I think Spivac is the better fighter in this bout and it should show with the grappling edge for Spivac and the “Polar Bear”finding an early submission.
Spivac via Round 1 Submisson
Williams vs Gustafsson- A fight finally lined up for Gustafsson, but could be the wrong matchup. A brawler vs brawler fight with a big edge to Williams who in a fire fight should find and crack the chin of Gustafsson.
Williams via 1st Round TKO
Lipski vs Cong- I am under the impression that Cong is another Molly McCann and will get fraud checked here.
Lipski via decision
Sang Yoo vs Saragih- Not gonna get too deep in this bout as we should see Sang Yoo dominate this fight.
Sang Yoo via decision
Salkilld vs Ashmouz- Despite being a sizable underdog, i’m taking Ashmouz in the fight due to his experience and well rounded game.
Ashmouz via 2nd Round KO
Mederos vs Choinski- I see this as a pretty even fight with it going the distance and Mederos getting the nod.
Mederos via decision
