My body is starting to shrink, and I feel dizzy, tired, and extremely hungry. I only eat one meal a day, or maybe nothing at all. I'm really hungry.

After death, the soul enters Barzakh, a phase between this life and the Day of Judgment. The soul either experiences peace or torment depending on their deeds.
Eventually, all will be resurrected for judgment. Believers who lived righteously will be rewarded with eternal Paradise (Jannah), a place of peace, beauty, and nearness to Allah. Those who rejected truth or lived in evil will face Hell (Jahannam).
This is not blind belief. It is based on the Qur’an and authentic sayings of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
Death is not the end. It is the beginning of the real, everlasting life.
“Every soul shall taste death. Then to Us will you be returned.”
— Qur’an 29:57

My dear brother and sister, Allah knows best what some of you are silently enduring, what burden lies behind your smiles, and what pain rests in the quiet corners of your soul. For though all our lives differ, and our trials vary like the colours of the horizon, there is one path we are all commanded to tread: the path of trust in Allah.
Place your affairs in His Hands, for He is the One who never betrays the trust of His servants. Do not fear the unseen tomorrows, for Allah has already written something good for you. He is the One who tests those He loves—not to break them, but to raise them, cleanse them, and draw them closer to Him. So why worry about a future that is in the care of the Most Merciful?
Reflect deeply: within your very body, right now as you read these words, Allah is managing more than you could ever comprehend. Your heart beats more than 100,000 times a day—not by your will, but by His. Your lungs inhale and exhale over 20,000 times each day—yet you never think to command them. Billions of cells, blood flowing through miles of veins, organs synchronising in perfect harmony—all under Allah's control.
If He were to leave you to yourself for the blink of an eye, your heartbeat would falter, your lungs would collapse, your consciousness would vanish. Yet out of His mercy, He sustains you every second—even when you forget Him.
So tell me, dear soul, if Allah is managing the unseen within you with such perfection, will He not manage your future with the same mercy and wisdom?
Return to Him. Let go of the illusion that you must carry every burden alone. Lift your hands, whisper your fears in sujūd, and walk through life knowing the King of the heavens and the earth is guiding your every step.
وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ
“And whoever puts his trust in Allah, then He will suffice him.” [Surah At-Talaq 65:3]
He is enough. He has always been enough. And He will always be enough.
So breathe, rely, and walk forward—with certainty in your Lord.
