@DubaiProperties @hanieltaher Residents paid for cleaning homes and tanks out of their own expenses when they saw your bad service.Houses were flooded with sewage water,and your team came to clean for only 10 minutes, unequipped.Damaged furniture was left in front of houses for a week, and no one came collect

@DubaiProperties @hanieltaher Arabella 1 flooded again due to rain for the second time! Tankers are there to pump water as the poor sewage system is still not functioning well. Less water this time, and you could not depend on the poor drains you have.@DubaiProperties

This is only one example of the tragic situation at Arabella 1. Can anyone @DubaiProperties make a statement to at least assure the residents of what will be done to alleviate this situation?

@DubaiProperties @hanieltaher Next time, you should think more when you send emails reminding residents to pay the service fees. @DubaiProperties didn’t give any kind of support to residents, and what you write here that you helped are all lies.

وجهنا اليوم المسؤولين في الجهات الحكومية في دبي بتطوير خطة استباقية متكاملة لمواجهة الحالات الجوية الطارئة ... وخلال لقاء مع عدد من المسؤولين المعنيين بالتعامل مع الحالة الجوية التي شهدناها خلال الأيام الماضية تابعت مستجدات العمل والجهود التي تبذلها مختلف الجهات خلال هذا الظرف الاستثنائي. واثقون من قدرة دبي على الاستفادة من هذه التجربة وستبقى سلامة كل مواطن ومقيم وزائر على رأس أولوياتنا حفظكم الله وحفظ دبي ودولتنا العزيزة

@HamdanMohammed متخصصة . عندنا أطفال ورضع ، تمكنا بالخروج في الصباح بصعوبة بمساعدة أمن المنطقة . الطريق مليان سيارات مغمورة وغير آمن . رجال الأمن ليس لديهم خبرة بالتجديف . المنطقة تحتاج تدخل على مستوى أوسع . نناشد الجميع بالتدخل . لا يوجد خدمة واي فاي ولا كهربا للكثير ولا يستطيعون الخروج
