Earthquakes don't just damage above-ground structures, they often sever underground pipes and water lines. Our Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene team has been working nonstop to make sure that Venezuelans have access to clean water. But it's about so much more than clean water. Tony Santos lost four fellow soldiers during two difficult Iraq deployments. When he got home, survivor's guilt took its toll and he found his marriage struggling. Tony and his wife, Ashley, attended a marriage retreat with Operation Heal Our Patriots in search of the solution their relationship was missing. They never could have imagined how Jesus would use the retreat to transform their marriage! By the end of the week... -Tony had participated in a ceremony where he honored his fallen friends and entrusted their memory to Jesus. After 15 hard years, he finally found the peace he needed to take a step forward. -The couple renewed their marriage and rededicated their relationship to God. -In the freezing Alaskan waters, Tony and Ashley were baptized together!
