Flight from Victoria,BC got delayed, missed connecting flight to London, stranded. @AirCanada staff rude,not helpful.Poor customer service. Was told it’s not their responsibility to rebook or find hotel to stay since I didn’t book direct via @AirCanada #CustomerService #airline
