Spears is most certainly not a top-30 back. Unless the action top-30 all get hurt. He’s a nice gadget/passing back.
Singleton brings speed nobody else on the roster does, and he’s not far off as a receiver from Spears.

Robert Saleh said the #Titans draft prospects won't be on the field for anything other than team stretch during rookie minicamp. Saleh said it's something he does to avoid injury by getting a full eval on the draft picks who've been training for the combine.

just in recent years BTJ (4.33) and Watson (4.36). I still think AD Mitchell (4.34) can be really good if he gets a real shot with a real QB.
TBD on Brazzell (4.37) and Stribling (4.36.
Going back a little further, Julio (4.39 w/ foot injury).
Stribling reminds me of a faster AJ Brown. Not quite as polished yet, but I like what I see there.

This is key background insight from @RichEisenShow:
Kyle Shanahan said that there were "rumors in league circles, not media, that some people had [De'Zhaun Stribling] as their top receiver on their board" and that that he got a few texts from other teams after the 49ers' selection at #33 expressing disappointment that SF had nabbed the WR ahead of them.
Shanahan said the 49ers considered trading back to around #40 but, based on their NFL intel, deemed it just a 50/50 chance that Stribling would still be around by #40. Therefore, SF pulled the trigger at #33
