@thesamparr Adding the cost of the lawsuit back to earnings doesn't mean it didn't occur or the probability of another lawsuit occurring is 0. A buyer can add back a lawsuit to estimate normalized or core optg earnings while still discounting valuation if risk of future lawsuits are likely.

@SamiRafi1 But if I am buying the stock of the company, I have to partially assume that another lawsuit will potentially happen again. It's like changing your family budget for a one-time vacation, and you end up taking one once a year.
