A lesson i learned this year is that a person's capacity for growth is directly linked to how much truth they can face about themselves without running away.

Intellectual compatibility is underrated. Having someone who meets you thought for thought and curiosity for curiosity is so rare. When you find a person who can hold your ideas and challenge you to stretch further, you realize how deeply the mind hungers for companionship too.

Always trust people to be themselves based on their incentives and what they have rationalized
