@carl12ms since im a stress eater, when life gets stressful is when i start eating junk food/snacks and whatnot. But even the last couple of months when ive been stressed and unhappy, i only got up to 96 kgs or so. So its still good. Try to take baby steps and build a habit. U got this 🫡

@carl12ms Let me give u unsolicited advice. I was 115.7 kg last year on may, i started going to the gym 4 days a week, stopped consuming added sugar/oil and stopped snacking all together. I managed to lose 1.3 kg a week till about 92 kgs. And it wasn't that hard to be honest.

@shd19570531 @osakurda Never really clicked with this society. never had lasting irl friends. Im mostly online in the western philosophy sphere so i had to adopt my own views and not just passively accept them from the society/ social circle i happen to find myself in.
