Update Amebosss: So there was already a man in the bus with a very big speaker. A few minutes into the journey, this man started blasting music loudly 😭 Even my wristwatch was warning me about the noise level, but I won’t lie… I was enjoying it after a long day 😂 Next thing, one toothless lady just stood up and started shouting at him to turn it off. She even moved close to him and I thought she wanted to fight 😭 The guy just looked at her and said, “fuck off.” She replied.. “Yoh fuck off mate” you guys need to see the way she was moving close as if she was bigger than him😔, Omo, this guy stood up. Me self fear, he was so huge.. madam jsut factory reset herself and went back to her seat😭 In my head, “Ah ah… small stand chase you like this? With all that gra gra?” 😭 Before I could blink, another guy from the front came like Jet Li. “You fucking dickhead, turn off that music! Right now, you’re disturbing everyone!” Me: You and who is everyone, am I complaining🙄 Our speaker guy replied, “oh you shut up, dickhead.” The guy walked up to him and before he could say a word, our terminator(speaker man) spat on his face.. That was how the fight started. The bus driver parked at the bus stop and said everybody involved should come down… But nobody moved an inch 😭 The driver looked at them, sighed and said“fucking hell” and drove off 😭 These people continued shouting and almost throwing hands inside the moving bus. After plenty of drama, he finally turned off the speaker and everywhere became peaceful. You think it ended? 😭 One girl now started playing music on her phone… Our Terminator got triggered again: “SHE’S PLAYING MUSIC TOO!” 😭 Jet Li and Bruce Lee replied, “It’s not as loud as yours.” Omo… he turned his own back on 😭 Me: this man forefathers must be from Ekiti or ijebu cos why so stubborn 😩 The whole bus became chaotic again. Omo, I just I jejely got down and used my leg to complete my journey 😔 Na family matter

On today’s episode of my Uber experience: I picked up a Black American lady from the airport. She got into my car, and we started the trip. After a few minutes, she asked, “Where are you from? Your accent sounds different” I replied, “I’m Nigerian” She then asked how long I had been in the country. I told her, “Less than six months” The moment I said that, her tone changed. Omo she went off, saying things like: “How the fuck can you afford a car like this in less than six months?” “Why don’t you people stay in your own damn country?” “Y’all come here and take our jobs and resources…, making us jobless with no shit to do” I said: “excuse me” She said a lot of things… Then she noticed my dashboard camera recording and said, “I don’t care if you’re recording me. You can record all you want. Report my account if you like… I don’t fucking care” At that point, I chose to stay quiet. I didn’t respond or say anything to her. I just focused on driving and getting her to her destination safely, I just wanted to drop her off…. Because I don’t know why she’s unnecessarily upset My wife made sure I installed a dashboard camera before starting Uber. She said I will meet strange people while doing Uber, and this camera will be my life savior.

I am 40, and I don't have a car yet. My confidence is 1000000x. Put me in a room with Dangote or Donald Trump. I will walk up and talk to them. I coach millionaires every day! You don't need external validation when you have worked on yourself.

@allstarmayor @taadelodun @SimisolaTomori I agree but in the end, everyone will still pay that money. Insurance reduced with tone, to down to £40/month even. So everyone will soon go through that insurance journey, whether one drives now or later.

@SamuelDesh_ @taadelodun @SimisolaTomori It's not just fueling, you have to add insurance, road tax and maintenance. Even the opportunity cost of what you spent buying the car

@Charles_25esq @taadelodun @SimisolaTomori Immediately I got a car, I woke up one morning and zoomed off straight to the airfield in 2 hour drive, which would be half tank of 25 pounds. Below is the transport ending with a ‘60 minutes walk’ tk the airfield. Car makes life easy, for me personally.

I don’t I will even get Uber for that journey. I had planned the journey long before I got a car, but couldn’t because it was impossible without one. But…
