TINUBU : NIGERIA IN TALKS WITH UK, FRANCE OVER SECURITY SUPPORT Nigeria’s president, Bola Tinubu says his government is seeking international support and military equipment to strengthen the fight against insecurity. Speaking during a Sallah visit by state governors at his residence in Bourdillon,Lagos , Tinubu said discussions during his recent UK state visit focused on acquiring security equipment. He also held a lengthy discussion with the French president, Emmanuel Macron, on possible collaboration to tackle terrorism. The meeting in Lagos was attended by 24 state governors, including those from Abia, Benue, Katsina ,Edo, and Rivers states, as well as Vice President Kashim Shettima and the president’s chief of staff, Femi Gbajabiamila. Tinubu said insecurity remains a major obstacle to development, and warned that global tensions, including the crisis in the Middle East, could worsen inflation and reduce purchasing power, with labour unions likely to press for additional government support.

Everytime we play Manchester City, we play with fear. There's no team that Arsenal can't match 1 v 1. It's sad that my coach can't see it.
