Stop all activity for 24-48hrs: No tweeting, liking, replying, following, or unfollowing. More activity can extend it. 2. Delete problem content: Remove spammy tweets, suspicious links, excessive hashtags, or anything that violates X rules Keep it human: varied posting times, unique content, thoughtful replies.
