It was indeed Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy!
When looking back on this patients history there was an evident emotional & physical trigger that occurred within the last couple of weeks creating significant stress in the patients life.

➡️ On ECG: old inferior STEMI, diffuse Twave inversion & prolonged QTc
➡️ No sign of obstructive CAD on angio, LV apical ballooning & dyskinesia noted
