@BongoCrab Which is funny because the game itself doesn't even set that high of a standard! The whole thing I like about Pizza Tower is its rough edges, so much of the level design is weird and unconventional, yet most Pizza Tower mods try to meet a non-existent design standard! It's weird!

@BongoCrab Honestly as John different tower I can say that the problem is that most mods don't focus on adding new playable content that ISN'T characters or modes. The reason why I still like CYOP/AFOM stuff is because its new level design! Hell, my work in that helped me get in Sugary Dev.

It used to be super diverse in the beginning, we had mods that quite literally turned the game into angry birds at one point. Where has the magic gone?

@BongoCrab Also just make and release smaller things smh, not every mod needs to be PIZZA TOWER RELOADED THE SEQUEL. That and lowkey people are so judgemental of mods that its kind of not enjoyable to make things sometimes! It's like everything has to meet this weirdly high standard.

@BongoCrab Also I do find it crazy how people shit on cyop when its literally the only part of the community that consistently has an interest in making levels, which is the thing most of these larger mods actually need to be good. There's hundreds of level people that WANT to work on mods.
