DA Candidate @WileyforDA has a history of breaking the law, so it's not surprising he is lying about not accepting endorsements from law enforcement and imparticular from right wing Alameda County Sheriff Ahern (who was just defeated in the primary). Shame on Wiley.

To put it in complete context, if she indeed fell in the water that may have been 40 degrees, outside temps maybe in the 30’s with wet FREEZING clothes… she was prob in pain & shock, it’s like running hot water on ice cold hands, VERY PAINFUL!

I've been to the spot where Gabby was killed. It's right next to the creek Laundrie referenced in his letter- and the creek is next to where van was parked. The van was right there. If she was really hurt- why not take her to a hospital? Or call someone? I had cell service there.

@BrianEntin my daughter was camping in the area around that time. She said the nights were not cold. I understand her getting cold after falling in the creek, but the days were warm and he could have quickly warmed her up with his body heat alone. It's all BS.

Wow! It turns out that @RepSwalwell has endorsed corrupt, right wing Republican Sheriff Ahern for Sheriff. Swalwell is a fake Democrat who endorses police brutality and turning undocumented immigrants into ICE. Swalwell also endorses fully militarizing police. Disgusting.

With a 2nd #MonkeyPox case reported in Sacramento county (a close contact of the first), the pox may very well make its way to #SanLeandro. Nothing to fear, go to a doctor if you notice a rash following a fever, avoid skin to skin contact with people with lesions and wear a mask.

The Dialysis industry in California, and DaVita in particular, are spending BIG TIME to try to get @ShawnKumagai elected. They fear CA will introduce greater standards of care for patients, and apparently believe Kumagai can be counted on putting corporations first.
