Hey just a PSA: do not touch people having seizures unless they are in harms way. Holding our heads when we’re convulsing could cause catastrophic permanent injury. Don’t do this!! Sorry but it’s doing numbers and it’s not the right way to support us!

Seen a girl having a seizure in the gym. And you wanna know the first thing this other girl tells me while I get closer to help… “Give her space, don’t touch her” She was lying a pool of her own saliva with full body convulsions. And you’re telling me to leave her alone? This is why the west is a failed society. A person can be dying in front of them and they’d be too scared to “touch” someone. Rats. I held her face up so she could breathe and not lay in spit. I rubbed that girl’s back till she stopped convulsing. I wiped her face and the mat of her saliva after she came back to consciousness. I rubbed her hand as I held it waiting for the paramedics so she didn't feel alone. None of the workers knew what to do. One wanted to give her an electric shock to her heart… WHILE SHE WAS STILL BREATHING PERFECTLY FINE. They didn’t even say nice things to help her feel better. Manager told me he was glad I was there cause he had trouble showing up mentally for this. saying he couldn’t do what i did. (which was bare minimum btw) The world is dark. The lack of socialization has made the youth weak in ways you can’t imagine. The cowardice stems from lack of intuition and actual empathy. i did think she could hate me helping her. That did cross my mind. But i helped anyways. To push myself into action all I did was think… how would i feel if I were in her shoes. Take care of your neighbours. This is a message to do the right thing even if you're scared to offend.

@slutriarch We need to normalise talking about periods. It's a natural process that is woefully understudied and that has caused way too much suffering and death for all of us who have periods.

Can I point out something that I've never seen anyone talk about? Powdered donuts are bullshit Literally anything is better on a donut. Chocolate frosting. Sprinkles. Glaze. Hell, even doing NOTHING to it and leaving it plain is better. Fuck powdered donuts
