We are S&T! Professors Joseph Senne (CivEng) & David Summers (MinEng) used waterjet technology to create a half-scale reconstruction of famous Stonehenge. It has been named on a top 10 list of Outstanding Engineering Achievements by the National Society of Professional Engineers.

In 1874, MSM's enrollment was 107 and 26 of the students were women. In 1875, enrollment was 101 including 28 women. Women were segregated from communicating with men in the building or on the grounds, but both sexes attended some classes together. #FunFactFriday #MinerHistory
