This is the meeting that lead to Keith Keating getting a High Court judgment by Judge Sullet Potteril ordering SAPS must pay Keith Keating R768 million because of a "verbal agreement" that came out of this meeting at the Presidential Guesthouse in Pretoria. Judge Sullet Potteril ordered SAPS pay Keith Keating R768 million more for the SAPS Firearms Permit System software he illegally bought from government for R350 000 & had already made R458 million from SAPS just for this software. 🚨PUBLIC PROTECTOR KHOLEKA GCALEKA'S HUSBAND WAS SENTENCED TO 15 YEARS IMPRISONMENT FOR STEALING R3, 5 MILLION FROM WITS Little is it known that Public Protector Advocate Kholeka Gcaleka was married to this man Lebogang Dikobe. While she was married to him, Lebogang Dikobe stole a total R3, 5 million from WITS University, while he was an employee at the University. The Johannesburg Special Commercial Crimes Court sentenced former University of Witwatersrand (Wits) employee Lebogang Dikobe (38), to 15 years imprisonment for 30 counts of fraud with a combined total value of over a R3million. Dikobe was employed as a bookkeeper in one of the Wits’ libraries from 2008 until 2014 and his duties included a reconciliation of all library accounts and projects, value-added tax (VAT) account entries and claims, organising and scheduling work to ensure the smooth running of the Library Finance Office and filing. He started his fraudulent acts after registering a company in 2010, called Savinet Information Communication and Technology on the WITS procurement database without declaring he was a Wits employee. He thereafter submitted fraudulent invoices to claim compensation for services that Savinet never rendered. He further faked the signatures of the personnel that approves payments of suppliers. Dikobe continued with his fraudulent activities until 2014 when one of the procurement officers ran into an invoice paid to Savinet that confused her because Wits dealt with the service provider Sabinet, not Savinet. WITS conducted investigations which led to the resignation of Dikobe. The fact that her husband stole R3, 4 million from a government University institution while they were married means Kholeka Gcaleka was enjoying the proceeds of crime, & also raises questions as to how can she now be trusted to investigate crime while she turned a blind eye to crime in her own home. She only left him once he had been arrested. If that's not enough, she's now engaged to the Parliamentary Secretary who hiked his salary from under R2 million to over R4 million, meaning her lobola was paid for by money stolen from our tax. So while Keith Keating is currently busy packing & trying to flee this country to the USA, lets unpack the rest of his cronies & what they did. Basically, Keiting Keating owns the company called FDA, & Keith Keating's BEE business partner is Vhonani Mufamadi who is the brother of former Police Minister Sydney Mufamadi. Then there's Jehan McKay who is the CEO of the company EOH. EOH and FDA came together in a merger. They moved into the City of Johannesburg to install systems. Guess who was there? None other than General Sibiya who had been appointed as the Head of Joburg Metro Group Forensic & Investigation Services. Then came the Zondo Commission & the EOH guys were actually afraid so they voluntarily went to the commission to rat on everything & everyone. EOH then goes & quickly dumps Keating & Mufamadi by reversing the deal of merging FDA with EOH. FDA & EOH political contact into City Of Johannesburg was Zizi Kodwa. The Zondo Commission report states that FDA & EOH paid Zizi Kodwa R1.7million to enable FDA & EOH to capture the Joburg Metro. So Sibiya helped EOH & FDA at the time, to get into the City of Johannesburg as service providers to provide software systems. You’re a real thief if other thieves decide to dump you. Now Zizi Kodwa is going to court alone and the likes of Keating & the EOH directors walk free. Now the only questioning is, is Zizi Kodwa willing to go to jail alone or will he rat them all. The NPA cannot allow Keating & Mackay be termed cooperating witnesses to avoid prosecution when they are in fact the masterminds of this corruption. Infact NPA must not give Keating or Mackay any plea deal here. Back to the other very interesting fact. Lt General Mfazi was murdered while investigating Keith Keating's looting of R50 billion of SAPS funds. When Lt General Mfazi died guess who replaced him. It's very disheartening for leaders of your caliber to take such things lightly, while a man Gen Mfazi died trying to give us a thorough version of the Phala Phala classified report, niyadika mamjiji, you're definitely the dogs your friend Mbeki once mentioned.

Despite this crucial testimony being placed before the ad-hoc Committee, they didn't see the need to summon Gininda to come and explain what happened to General Mfazi's pocket book and understand what happened to the investigations he was ALREADY pursuing as contained in his pocket book!!!
