हमारी कौन सी माँग अनुचित है: (24/02 का पोस्ट) पिछले 50 दिनों में जो घटा है, घट रहा है और जो घटता रहेगा, उसे यदि भाजपा के नेतृत्व और कर्ता-धर्ता थोड़ा भी ठीक करना चाहते हैं तो मैं इनके विचार हेतु, पहले भी दिए कुछ सुझाव वापस रख रहा हूँ: १. धर्मेंद्र प्रधान बिना किसी स्पष्टीकरण के हटाए जाएँ। २. यूजीसी वाली संसदीय कमिटी में जो भी सदस्य भाजपा के थे, उनमें से जो भी वामपंथियों के साथ कॉम्प्रोमाइज्ड हैं, उन्हें निकाला जाए। ३. अतिमहत्वपूर्ण: सामान्य वर्ग के निर्धन छात्र-छात्राओं को अनुसूचित जाति के स्तर की निःशुल्क/सब्सिडी की सुविधा- निःशुल्क कोचिंग, परीक्षा के फॉर्म, हॉस्टल की फीस, कोर्स की फीस आदि SC के समकक्ष। ऐसा करने से किसी को कोई समस्या नहीं होगी। ४. UGC-AICTE को समाप्त करने वाले बिल को बजट सत्र में ही ला कर यह कहें कि पूर्व के जो भी नियम हैं, उन्हें वर्तमान परिस्थितियों के आलोक में समीक्षा के उपरांत ही लागू किया जाएगा एवम् समाज के हर वर्ग का उचित ध्यान रखा जाएगा। कैम्पस को पुलिस थाना नहीं बनने देंगे। ५. हर नेता की भाषा में ‘दलित-वंचित-पीड़ित’ जैसी शब्दावली का लोप और ‘हर वर्ग के लिए समर्पित’ जैसे वाक्यांशों का प्रयोग। टोन में परिवर्तन करें। ६. अम्बेडकर को बाप मानना बंद करें। जितना कर दिए, वही जितनी घृणा उत्पन्न कर रहा है, वह आपसे हैंडल नहीं हो सकेगा। ७. वैसी कोई योजना न बनाएँ जिसमें SC/ST/OBC का तुष्टिकरण स्पष्ट दिखे। जिन चीजों को माँगा न जाए, वो दे कर पागल न करें। ८. कैम्पस और सोशल मीडिया में ब्राह्मण-घृणा फैलाने वाले लोगों पर पुलिसिया कार्रवाई, हैंडलों पर भारत में प्रतिबंध। इस बात की स्वीकार्यता हो कि ऐसी कोई बात हो रही है देश में जो नारेबाजी से आरंभ हो कर अब एक ब्राह्मण छात्र को बाथरूम में बंद कर, अग्निशामक से शुष्क कार्बन डाई ऑक्साइड चला कर मारने तक पहुँच चुका है। विक्टिम कार्ड नहीं, उचित कार्रवाई का आश्वासन और एक्शन। ९. हर राज्य में कुकुरमुत्ते की तरह पास होते सामान्य वर्ग के हिन्दुओं को अपराधी बनाने वाले कानून (BC एट्रोसिटी एक्ट) पर आपकी पार्टी के वकील उसका प्रतिकार कोर्ट में करें। या, आप उसे सर्वसमावेशी बनाने पर बल दें कि जातिवादी घृणा का शिकार किसी भी जाति का व्यक्ति हो सकता है। १०. जो भी ऐसा कानून आए, चाहे वह राज्यों में हो या अंततः कॉलेज परिसरों के लिए, शिकायतों के झूठा पाए जाने पर उचित जेल और ₹१० लाख का आर्थिक दंड प्रस्तावित हो। ११. कोर्ट यदि ऐसे मामलों में कोई निर्णय दे, तो उसे पलट कर राजीव गाँधी न बनें, मोदी भी न बनें।

No. Fadnavis claimed inside assembly, videos available, that it was his govt that gave 52 muslim castes reservation under OBC. Second, if it was Congress who did this, why is BJP taking credit for 5% scrapping as if they are excluding Muslims from quota altogether? Politics is run on perceptions and BJP is using this ‘scrapping 5% muslims from Congress-ear reservation’ as some gift to Hindus while making them eat away at huge chunk of OBC quota.
