dear friends, i'm looking for a new long-term role, and i'm planning to leave my current job to make that happen. a few things pushed me here: i've hit a growth ceiling in my current position, and some factors beyond the work itself. for over 10 years, i've been doing what i love professionally (aside from art): graphic design, which has been my main source of income. i love building systems and visual identity, digging into a brand's dna. i enjoy creating logos and experimenting with web design. and since around 2022, i've gone deep into ai: not only for creative projects, but also testing different workflows for design tasks. given all that, i'm especially interested in design roles in the crypto/art/ai/tech space, or a mix of all of the above. selected projects: palekirill.xyz on request, i can also share a private portfolio link and my cv. you can reach me here on x via dm, or by email: k.semianovich@gmail.com i'd really appreciate any support for this post. thank you for reading. with love, pk

The older I get, the more I want to be surrounded by traditional art again. Real materials and real emotions. After 10 years in advertising and graphic design, I think I’m coming back to my roots. Anyone else?

This is the graduation ceremony at the University of the Arts London.

Tempest (1981, Atari), created by Dave Theurer, has got to be one of the most aesthetically pleasing and trippy games ever made. For its time, it was seriously beyond epic.

DOS-AGE was the estuary of my multiple interest in pixel art, design, history and old PC & games; which also paved my way to a more design and dev-adjacent works to this day. The whole body of work is created with a custom made 8:16 DOS tiles.
