It's official now! I'm honored to be funded by the @ktstiftung to lead my very own research project 𝑅𝒪𝒞𝒦𝒞𝐻𝒜𝑅 where I combine biomass and mineral waste to draw down CO₂ from the atmosphere. Is "mineral-doping" the key for climate mitigation? We will see. @geoengineering1

First up, the impact of scallop dredging. Dredges typically feature a spring-loaded bar covered in metal ‘teeth’ designed to dig up the seabed to disturb & catch scallops, towing a heavy steel-ring collecting ‘bag’ behind. It’s highly destructive, classed as ‘high impact’.

@quattrinia When you question the answer it provides, it just says „sorry, the opposite is correct“, providing 4 opposed answers in less than a minute… so just to get this right, this is the new era of intelligence and scientific publications? Good to know!

my daughter Sasja arrived from denmark on thursday to participate in the greenland championship in cross-country skiing. She became Greenland champion in the age group 20-39 years old in sprint race today (she is 16 years old) ❤️
