Good for DC. Starc tends to leak runs, so this opens up better combinations. Ngidi, Chameera, Natarajan, Mukesh, Aaqib. They can go with 3 out of 5, or even try 4 depending on conditions.

If I'm CSK instead of targeting a death bowler, I would go for the biggest potential who could be a retention option. All rounder, lower order bat, death bowler if available I don't know about the options. Go for the best available player.
