Our latest student led character development session took things to another level, with leaders leading the way. Max Taylor and Brody Phillips delivered powerful presentations centered on the idea that the mind is the starting point to where success begins. They challenged their peers to understand that what you believe and tell yourself directly impacts performance, and that training the subconscious is just as important as physical preparation. Proud to see these student athletes stepping up, leading from the front, and pushing those around them to be better. #WAR

Our latest student-led character development lesson focused on something simple yet powerful the importance of being on time. The first two presentations have been incredible These student/athletes didn’t just talk about punctuality they spoke about respect, responsibility, discipline, and raising the standard every single day. Watching them embrace a strong work ethic and challenge their peers to do the same reminds us that leadership isn’t about a title it’s about example. #WAR

We’ve had several players ask to lead a lesson on character that’s leadership development When athletes take ownership, character isn’t enforced by coaches, it’s protected by leaders. Our program becomes bigger than any one person. Their presentation was over being a great teammate. What a message

Draft day last Friday. Teams selected. We are encouraging behaviors that will shape the culture of our team while continuing to raise our standard, build trust and accountability. Student athletes get points for attendance, weekly grade average, winning weekly competitions, positive teacher notes, coaches noticing extra effort, and showing up to support fellow students at any school events. #WAR

Jv and Varsity are both in tournaments this weekend. JV plays two games Thursday and one on Friday in Aubrey. Varsity is in Denton Thursday, Friday, Saturday with the schedule below. Let’s have a great weekend of baseball!!!
