The Class of 2022 did it! 🎓 These students are officially graduates of Sanger High School, and we are so proud of them! We cannot wait to see all that they accomplish in the next chapter of their lives!

A reminder that physicals will be available for all incoming 7th-12 graders today! Students must have a physical to compete in all UIL competitions. They are $15 for each student, and all proceeds will benefit the Sanger ISD sports medicine program. The schedule is below!

WE HAVE A STATE CHAMPION IN THE HOUSE! 🥇 Senior Rylan Smart takes first place in the discus at the Class 4A state championship down at the University of Texas. Rylan threw an incredible 173-3 to claim the crown! Congratulations, Rylan! Sanger ISD is so proud of you!

Mark your calendars! Sanger ISD’s ESL Parent Night will be from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18 at the Sixth Grade Campus. Each student going into K-5th grade will receive a backpack to take home! We hope to see you there!

A message from our Superintendent Dr. Tommy Hunter. Today is the first day of Early Voting in the Sanger ISD 2022 Bond Election! The $130,000,000 proposal was developed by a 38-member Long Range Facilities Planning Committee composed entirely of Sanger citizens.

A reminder that there is another community bond presentation tonight, this time in the Sanger High School lecture hall. Dr. Hunter’s presentation will begin at 5:30, and it will be live-streamed on the Sanger ISD Facebook page. We hope you will join us, in-person or virtually!

Don’t forget! Tonight is the first of five community presentations our superintendent Dr. Tommy Hunter will be giving regarding the upcoming bond election. Everyone is welcome to attend and ask any questions they may have. All meetings are scheduled from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

It’s one of our greatest honors to hand out these letters to our @SangerHS Top 10%. They’ve put in the work and their recognition has just begun! We are so PROUD of each of them for their achievement. 💜🎓💜

One of the questions we have heard most frequently over the past few weeks regarding the upcoming bond is a simple one: "How will this affect my taxes?" The simplest answer is this — for every $100,000 of home valuation, taxes are estimated to increase $300 per year.

On School Librarian Appreciation day, our sunshine gang provided Mrs. McIntire with an Orchid and Sonic gift card. We appreciate you Mrs. McIntire!

TOP 10 IN THE STATE 👏🏋️ Over the weekend, our very own Weston Hill finished ninth overall in the 148-pound Division II weight class at the THSPA state meet. Weston lifted a total of 1,175 pounds, including a 480-pound dead lift. Congratulations, Weston! We are so proud of you!
