2025 was a big year for the Santa Clara Police Department and we couldn’t have done it without the support of our community. From faster response times to stronger transparency, improved training, and preparing for major events ahead, there’s a lot to be proud of. 1/2

Victor is described as being 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing approx 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone who has seen Victor or has information about his whereabouts is urged to call 911. Your assistance is greatly appreciated in helping ensure his safe return.

SCPD is asking for the public’s help in locating an at risk missing teen, Victor Yao. Victor was last seen on 10/17/25, at approximately 8:00 p.m. on the 3000 block off Warburton Ave. He was wearing a white t-shirt, dark gray sweatpants, and slippers at the time he was last seen.
