Congrats to our Area Spelling Bee 1st Place Winner! She conquered other spelling teams from around the area to take home top honors in Mineral Wells and move on to the Regional Bee in Fort Worth. Way to go, Chevy!

The SHS Wildcat Marching Band placed 9th out of 17 2A bands that qualified for the State Marching Competition in San Antonio, just missing the finals. It was a spot-on performance and what a great season you've given the community!

Alexis Mayberry, a member of the SHS Class of 2021 and the award-winning Wildcat Band, is now a member of the Texas Tech Goin’ Band. She will march with her fellow piccoloists at halftime of the Red Raider football games this fall. Way to go, Alexis!

Congratulations to all students and staff who worked hard to prepare for the District Academic UIL Meet in Hico this week. We had more students participate this year than ever, many place and move on to the next round. #santoproud
