Zuffa Boxing is a disaster. Train wreck level. @maxkellerman started by saying which zuffa is this? (It’s zuffa 4) but he actually said “there has been so many of them I can’t keep track” it’s 4. Including this one. 4. If you can’t keep track of that? Well that says it all.

@boxingscene is a truly a great, great site for serious boxing fans, BUT, the pop up ads have become so over the top egregious I’m about to stop visiting the site. I get ad revenue is critical but guys, this is too much. Like way too much.

@DanCanobbio Fights are good- fighters are not the problem. Commentary and cheerleading is so cringey it takes away from the actual fights.

What's your overall grade for Zuffa Boxing after three events?

Max Kellerman has lost all credibility in my eyes. This is beyond selling out, and I wish someone with a platform or pull in the boxing world calls him out for this. Listening to him talk in these Zuffa cards is ridiculous.

@Woodsy1069 @maxkellerman And I’m not mad at the fighter comps- those can be organic opinions and boxing is subjective. Callum CAN be a special fighter. We will see. It’s more about “Zuffa is doing this and Zuffa is doing that” and acting like Dana is doing this for boxing when we all know he is not.

The guy is the host of a weekly show that the sport of Boxing has needed/wanted forever, and now he’s the anchor on the Zuffa broadcasts and both are ruined already because it’s nothing but a shill job. Shouldn’t they just call it the “Ultimate Boxing Championship”? I mean you can’t really make the case that “Zuffa Boxing” is catchier than “UBC” right? ….UFC seems to have worked out well over time, no? 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Kind of amazing that Dana White has put his name on something so incredibly bland and low energy. Nothing but respect for the fighters participating so far, but they are being sold short in every measurable entertainment metric. I wish I could love it. But this ain’t it.
