You have to wonder what the defense is thinking. They would have seen the video footage and known Anthony wasn't surrounded by a hostile group. Even if you're desperate you don't want to put a key witness in a position where he destroys his credibility.

Raman won more than 40% of all newly counted ballots while Pratt remained below 18%.
